Premium Listings
Elite Assets provides digital advertising services for high-value items. Once a listing has been published or promoted on our platform, the service is considered rendered and is generally non-refundable.
Duplicate Payments
In the event of accidental duplicate payments for the same service, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
Account Suspension
If an account is suspended due to violations of our Terms & Conditions, any active listing credits or promotion fees will be forfeited.
